Highlights from Fal.Con Europe 2024

Last week, Amsterdam hosted the first-ever Fal.Con Europe, bringing together cybersecurity experts from across the industry to connect, learn, and discuss the future of cyber security. We were thrilled to be there amongst the thriving cybersecurity community, where we witnessed exciting announcements and had invaluable conversations with professionals across the field.

Innovations to tackle an ever-evolving threat landscape

Fal.Con Europe showcased a range of advancements aimed at keeping organisations ahead of evolving threats. Key announcements included the launch of CrowdStrike’s AI Red Team Services, designed to identify vulnerabilities in AI systems – a crucial tool as AI continues to shape the future of technology. Additionally, the acquisition of Adaptive Shield and the integration of SaaS Security Posture Management demonstrate CrowdStrike’s commitment to securing the SaaS applications that are critical in today’s digital workplaces.

Powerful partnerships

The event’s Expo Hall highlighted the importance of collaboration within the cybersecurity ecosystem. CrowdStrike’s partners, including familiar names like AWS, Dell Technologies, and Zscaler, exemplified how alliances across the industry are crucial for securing the modern workplace. It was a reminder that strong partnerships are often the backbone of effective cyber defence – or in ensuring ‘Resilience by Design’, the focus for CrowdStrike’s Falcon Platform as shared by CEO, George Kurtz.

Meaningful connections

A highlight of Fal.Con Europe was reconnecting with the CrowdStrike team and seeing the results of our partnership in action. The high-energy intro video at the Partner Summit a case in point, demonstrating our collaboration and vision to bring the CrowdStrike energy to the room.

Fal.Con also provided fantastic networking opportunities with industry leaders and peers. Allowing the opportunity team to engage in discussions and exchange insights as to how we can effect positive industry change together.

A platform shaped by practitioners, for practitioners

The Fal.Con Europe conference underscored how the cybersecurity landscape continues to evolve, requiring solutions rooted in intelligence and designed by professionals who understand the challenges firsthand. It’s refreshing to see a focus on helping security teams address today’s needs with tools that are relevant, robust, and truly practitioner-focused.

Fal.Con Europe 2024 was a valuable reminder of the progress being made and the importance of cybersecurity. Thanks to CrowdStrike for hosting an inspiring event. We’re excited to continue the partnership, explore new alliance opportunities, and look forward to seeing everyone there next year.
