About the role

As a Senior Account Manager in Silver you’ll play an integral role in our Client Team, taking the lead on a selection of our technology clients ensuring the highest standards of service, ongoing value-add and as a result account growth and success.

Main deliverables:

  • Project management from brief through to execution and wrap up ensuring timely delivery of campaigns
  • Growth of existing accounts and relationship building
  • Take ownership of projects while delivering to agreed deadlines
  • Report to department head for project updates and to collaborate with the team
  • Seek ways to improve the business processes, and proactively scope and implement change
  • Project briefing and studio liaison
  • Creative brainstorming and the review of creative output
  • Proposal creation – either to secure net-new opportunities or to further work
  • Financial management including forecasting and supplier negotiation
  • Work in collaboration with other departments in the agency


Skills and experience:

  • Technology experience is essential
  • Strong project management skills across offline and online channels
  • Passionate about building good client relationships, with great client service skills
  • Collaborative attitude and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
