Senior Account Manager/Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager/Account Manager to work on a project for three months on one of our prestigious client accounts.
As a senior member of the Client Services Team you will be expected to operate at the highest levels. You have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with clients from the tech sector.
The role demands executive presence and expertise in managing client relationships, whilst demonstrating a thirst for excellence working across a variety of disciplines.
Your primary goal will be to schedule and manage all work through the agency from start to finish. You will be expected to liaise with the creative department and the accounts teams on a daily basis. You will oversee all creative output from the creative department. You will be expected to source print and advice on production techniques, finishes and formats.
The ideal candidate will be from an artworking background and will be able to help out with the output of the studio when necessary. You will have competent knowledge of software and production techniques.
Typical duties include
Oversee all projects running through the studio liaising with Creative and Accounts teams to keep work on schedule and to budget.
Ensure the creative and accounts teams works efficiently within the agreed process
Keep up-to-date with software developments, production techniques and print costs
Build and manage relationships with colleagues, printers, suppliers and freelancers to ensure production is always running smoothly.
Guide colleagues through the stages of proofing and final sign-off
Creative amends and artworking a broad range of collateral, both for print and digital
