That's right, the 11 Oscar winning 1997 box office sensation, Titanic has been transformed into 3D by director James Cameron!

It seems like most films on at the moment has the option of being 3D. From children’s films to action packed films.

Most people have watched Avatar, Cameron’s epic science fiction film in 2009 and the 3D effects used were amazing. Although, the science fiction subject may not have been everyone’s cup of tea, most people took the time to go and see it because of it’s impact on the world of 3D cinema. From the blue alien type characters to the floating flowers…the effects were incredibly realistic and you probably weren’t alone if you were reaching out in the cinema to touch one of the ‘floating flowers’ coming towards you!

On the other hand, I have also watched a handful of films where I question where the 3D effects even feature…therefore is it just pointless? What do you all think about TItanic being re-released as a 3D film? The 3D release of Titanic will be in Spring 2012, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the Titanic disaster.

The Silver studio have also jumped on the bandwagon, check out our 3D videos now!
